With the change of seasons comes the new banqueting menu now available at Middle Temple.

Think of food that appeals on a crisp, cold winter’s day, and images of rich, earthy game, drenched in a silky smooth sauce spring to mind, all accompanied by the sweetness of root vegetables – roasted beets, parsnips and pumpkins all lending colour and taste to the autumnal palette.

The beautiful seasonal produce for this menu has been carefully selected from our suppliers, all sourced to be fresh, ethically produced and utterly delicious.

Join in the celebration of British food as we pay tribute to the diversely delicious range of food that Britain produces. For the next fortnight we’ll be offering a tempting menu of British classics, using the best of hand-picked produce from our local, independent suppliers.

Executive Chef Jordan recommends: “There are some really classic British dishes on offer over the fortnight. The cider and apple roasted British pork shoulder on Thursday has a fantastic flavour, uses some great British produce, and is perfect for the changing seasons.”

Set in the heart of London, yet with beautiful and secluded surroundings, Middle Temple is the most enchanting venue in the capital with a rich tradition of romance and centuries-old tales of royals, playwrights and pioneering explorers. Situated on the bank of river Thames, it is one of four ancient Inns of Court, established in the 14th Century by the Knights Templar and has been at the very epicentre of Britain’s ancient justice system to this very day.

In the undoubtedly beautiful and elegant setting of Fountain Court, is the Middle Temple pop-up Champagne Bar.

Weather permitting, the Champagne Bar will be open every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 5pm – 9pm in May, June and July.

The pop-up bar has been featured in many publications, some of which are below:
